FAQ's
How long is a First time Clean?
A First Time Clean has a minimum of 2 hours. We recommend a minimum of 4 hours for midsized spaces 1900sqft and above, but it is not required. Our experts do their best with time they are given, the appropriate time for the space will provide the best clean possible.
What if I've booked too many hours or too little hours?
No worries, we round to the closest hour, and only charge you for the time that it took our cleaners to finish the job. In the instance that you have overpaid or under paid for time, we can adjust it at the end of our visit, and only charge you for what you have used.
What if I need reoccurring services?
When you sign up for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reoccurring services 2hr Clean takes it one step further by keeping track of which areas we've serviced every time we clean. We deep clean two areas per visit and you receive an additional 10-20% off of your scheduled service with scheduled reoccurring visits.
Do I have to be present?
It is your preference whether you decided to be present or leave during your service, our professionals always lock up behind ourselves whether we have entered with a key or not. Your comfort is our top priority.
